I offer individual and group therapy.
I exclusively provide online therapy using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. I am based in San Antonio, Texas, and offer my services to Texas residents and clients who reside in PSYPACT participating states.(https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap)
Online therapy works best for folks with mild to moderate symptoms who feel comfortable with technology and have access to a private space to attend their sessions. It is not appropriate for folks with severe symptoms (such as active suicidality or psychosis) that may require crisis management.
You may get a bit of a sense of who I am and how I work through this website. However, the best way to figure out if I am the right therapist for you is to meet with me! I offer a free 15-minute consultation call where you can ask me questions and get a better sense of my style. Once you start working with me, I typically suggest that folks attend about two to three sessions (since the first session is an intake and feels different than a standard therapy session) to decide if we work well together.
In our first appointment our main goal is to get to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy and I’ll be asking quite a few questions about your life. By the end of our first appointment, we will identify some treatment goals that will guide our future sessions, and you will have opportunities throughout to ask me questions too!
Intake appointment: 60 minutes
Individual therapy follow up appointments: 50 minutes
Individual therapy intensive appointments: 80 minutes
Group therapy appointments: 90 minutes
I suggest meeting once weekly to start. Once you start to experience symptom relief and meet some or all of your treatment goals, then we can reduce our sessions accordingly.
For group therapy, weekly attendance is required.
I am not in-network with insurance at this time. Upon request, I can provide a monthly invoice (known as a superbill) for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement or to count towards your deductible. I recommend contacting your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network coverage before we meet. Here's a great article (https://blog.zencare.co/guide-to-out-of-network-benefits/)about how to check your out-of-network coverage.
Intake (60 minutes): $225
Individual therapy follow ups (50 minutes): $200
Individual therapy intensives (80 minutes): $300
Group therapy (90 minutes): $75
I require 24 hours notice of cancellation or a no-show/late cancellation fee will be charged.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
